Even though we cannot guarantee a specific time of day, you can choose morning or afternoon at checkout.
Can I request a custom bouquet?
Yes! We believe every bouquet should express the sender’s feelings. Leave a note at checkout, or email us at

Will my flowers be delivered the same day?
Yes! We offer same day delivery for all the designs in the catalog, if you order before 3:00PM ET.
Can I change my order?
Yes, You can update your order at order tracking or by sending us an email at [email protected] 24 hours before the delivery date.

How do I place an order?
Choose your favorite bouquet in our shop. On the product page, select size and add-ons, click Add to cart then Checkout. Provide the delivery address (if different from billing), set the date and time, and you’re done.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest or create an account during checkout.
